Features for parts wholesalers:
- Customer Management (e.g. establishing a range for each customer group)
- Integration of several suppliers in the web shop possible for selling parts as intermediary
- Orders are transmitted directly to the dealer management system where they can be dealt with
Features for customers of parts wholesalers:
- Search for parts including direct input, with which the parts are put directly into the cart using the part number
- Inventory, delivery times and customer price of each part are requested and displayed live from the dealer management system.
- Display of replacement or alternative parts
- Page with details on every part with additional information (links to detailed descriptions, photos, etc.)
- Order of the parts in the cart including optional input of additional information and the mode of shipment
- Order history displaying the status of each order
- Orders can be placed via interfaces directly from the dealer management system of certain customers
